Q: When attempting to access the Device or User Management flyouts, I'm receiving an error that the device or user cannot be found. What do I do?

A: In most cases, this is related to the synchronization process between ConfigMgr and the Control Center. Usually, this can be resolved by restarting the Platform_CMPPlatformService. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can check the Cireson.Platform.Host log file for errors, or trigger the synchronization manually by sending an HTTP POST request to the http://<hostname>/platform/api/TestFullSync endpoint.
