Items such as incidents, service requests, change requests, CMDB and reporting are all easily and quickly accessed and managed – with or without a desktop in sight.
Dashboards & Analytics: The Dashboards app for the Cireson Portal is an essential tool for any service management manager. Incident management, change management, and service request fulfillment dashboards provide insight into how a service management team is performing and helps identify hot spots and trends in the data. Managers can keep an eye on key performance indicators at a glance while they are on the go by accessing the dashboards through any browser.
Cireson Analytics works in conjunction with the Cireson Portal for Service Manager (SCSM) to put valuable data at your fingertips with custom dashboards and reports.
